Chuck Fink facilitated problem-solving groups for organizations for more than 30 years before retiring to Asheville.
He teaches several courses, including Men in Transition, for the College for Seniors at OLLI UNC Asheville, and served as a facilitator for the nationally acclaimed program for new and prospective retirees-- PATHS for a Creative Retirement, at the OLLI UNC Asheville. He served on the boards of The Council on Aging of Buncombe County and The Southern Appalachian Repertory Theater. His newest passion is storytelling.
Chuck holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from The Union Institute. He co-authored the book, The Manager's Desk Reference, Second Edition, published by AMACOM.
Upon retiring to Asheville Chuck faced the double challenge of depression and the feeling of loneliness. Thinking proactively, he discovered a personal need and created MWW. Chuck now brings his group facilitation and experience to Men’s Wisdom Works.

does not engage in the practice of psychotherapy. Yet, men say that the support and interactions of the group yield positive results for them.
In addition, MWW does not perform symbolic rituals. We just meet to discuss transitional issues, socialize, and contribute by working together for the community.
